Home energy plan
If you want to get a home energy plan, speak to our advisors who will arrange for a retrofit coordinator from Furbnow to visit your home.
They will take detailed measurements, photographs, and floor plans to assess:
- Building construction and condition
- Heating and hot water systems
- Current insulation and thermal performance (how well your home keeps warm)
- Ventilation assessment (how air flows through your home)
- Energy usage patterns (how much you heat your home)
- Heritage significance (for older properties)
- Any structural issues or areas needing attention
There are a couple of different options for home energy plans which prices starting from £300.
What's included?
- Current energy performance with EPC rating
- Tailored improvement recommendations prioritised by impact and cost
- Phased approach allowing you to spread improvements over time
- Projected energy savings and bill reductions for each measure
Following your comprehensive home visit, you'll have a consultation call with your retrofit coordinator to discuss priorities and budget. Based on this, they'll create your final plan with clear next steps and cost estimates, helping you to choose the best measures for your home. The entire process takes two to three weeks from assessment to receiving your completed plan.
It's always your choice which measures to implement and when.
